Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the information you send us through the contact form and the energy savings calculator.
What we collect
Your name, email address, optional company name, the content of your message or assessment answers, and basic first-party attribution data (landing page, referrer, UTM tags and which page sections you viewed).
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, produce your assessment results, and understand which parts of the site lead to useful conversations. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
Where it is stored
On EU-hosted infrastructure. Records are kept for no longer than 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
Who sees it
Only Six Sigma Energy staff working on your request, and our hosting provider as a data processor. Your details are never sold or shared for marketing.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Email Contact@SixSigmaIT.NL and we will respond within 30 days.
